1) If you received an email with tracking code please click here to track.
2) If you don't receive any emails or tracking code, you can send email to service@vorioal.com and we can help you to track it.
- Tips for shipping:
1) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column / wrong address / absence of the recipient cannot be compensated.
2) PO Box or BFPO are not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Non-delivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be taken by Vorioal.
3) After it arrives in your country, please allow 1-7 more days for the package to reach you.
